Referring patients: Mental health / The Southwest Clinic

Referrals are received from psychiatrists, general practitioners, health professionals, carers and self-referrals.

Referrals to the Unit can be directed to Nursing Unit Manager or the nurse in charge for after hours admissions on (02) 9600 4278.

An intake form can be filled out with the required information and directed to health insurance companies for approval.
